Information you choose to provide

When you send the contact brief, it is submitted through this website and relayed to GWP’s inbox by an outside email delivery provider (Resend). The details you enter are also recorded in our hosting provider’s operational logs, which we use to confirm that briefs arrived and to diagnose delivery problems. If the website cannot reach our inbox directly, your brief opens as a draft in your own email application instead, and nothing is sent until you press send. GWP uses what you share to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether there may be a fit. Submissions are not stored in a website database or client portal.

Website analytics

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights help us understand page traffic and site performance. We also measure actions that do not contain sensitive information, such as opening a guide or selecting a contact link. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, tax information, or form messages with these events.

Google Analytics

When enabled and only after you select “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics may record page views, referral campaign labels, and general website actions. GWP uses this information to understand which business profiles and outreach channels lead people to the website. These events are configured without contact form contents or owner details. Google may process this information under its own terms and privacy policies.

Google Ads

If GWP is running paid search or display advertising, and only after you select “Allow analytics,” Google Ads may record that a visit followed an advertisement and that the visit led to a contact request. When advertising is active, Google Analytics is also configured to allow advertising features, which Google may use to measure campaigns across devices and to build advertising audiences. Selecting “Only necessary” prevents these tags from loading in that browser.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

When enabled and only after you select “Allow analytics,” the Meta Pixel may record page views and general website actions so GWP can measure outreach and advertising effectiveness. When you submit the contact form, GWP may also send Meta a server side record of that submission. The email address in that record is converted to an irreversible cryptographic hash before it is sent, so Meta receives a matching value rather than your address, and the contents of your message are never included. Meta may process this information under its own terms and privacy policies. Selecting “Only necessary” prevents the Pixel from loading in that browser.

You can clear this site’s stored data in your browser to reset your analytics choice. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and Meta account settings may provide additional controls.
